Village Trading Co. is founded by Jennifer Sandoval. After living in numerous places across the Western U.S., Jennifer has spent most of her career in between various roles in elementary education and leadership roles in business and hospitality. In 2014, she dove into the world of natural health and sustainable home life. Her time studying social sciences, teaching organic gardening, learning herbs, essential oils, and finding the most economical ways to decrease home waste, gave her the vision to create a retail store and learning space that brought the whole sustainable lifestyle picture together in one place. In January 2021, Village Trading Co. was born, bringing together dozens of local Colorado makers intending to create a brighter future.
